I was really looking forward to using the Wix air filter, but it arrived with a tear in it. I tried to make it work, but it didn't filter effectively. Customer service was helpful in my return, at least.

Decent Filter, But Packaging Needed Improvement
The Wix air filter works fine, but the packaging was pretty dented when it arrived. I was worried it might be damaged, but luckily it was okay. It does the job, just wish the shipping was better.
