I was really excited to try the Rupes LHR15ES, but I ran into some issues. While the polishing power is impressive, the instructions could have been clearer. It took me a while to figure things out, and my first use was a bit frustrating. Still, I see potential with more practice!

Powerful tool but slightly heavy
The Rupes LHR15ES is a solid polisher, and it really gets the job done. The polishing pads that come with the complete kit are excellent. I did find it a bit heavy during long sessions, so just be aware if you're not used to that kind of equipment. But the results speak for themselves!

Disappointed right out of the box
I received my Rupes LHR15ES kit, but the polisher had a defect and didn’t start. I’ve reached out to customer service, and they’re sorting it out, but it’s been a hassle. I was really looking forward to using it for detailing my car, but so far I'm left disappointed.
