I like the Maier front fender; it looks good on my 1980 XR80. However, it took longer than expected to arrive, which was frustrating. Once I got it, installation was straightforward and the fit was spot on!

Not the color I hoped for
The fender seems solid and fits my bike well, but the red was more of a bright cherry than the deep red I was expecting. It’s not terrible, just a bit off. I decided to keep it since it works and was easy to install.

Solid fender, minor scratches on arrival
I received the Maier fender for my 79 XR80 and it fits just right. There were a couple of minor scratches when it arrived, which was disappointing. Still, it functions well and adds character to my bike!

Not as durable as I hoped
I liked the style and fit of the fender on my 1978 XR75, but after a few rides, I noticed some cracks forming. Installation was easy, but I expected better durability. It looks good, though.
