The Tactical Helmet Counterweight Bag provides weight balance, thus reducing the impact on the neck during sudden head movements. It fits the ACH helmet perfectly and the materials and construction quality are good. The weights are large pieces of steel that balance the front and back of the helmet setup. However, the edges of the weights are unfinished and can cut or poke you. This bag is a great alternative to more expensive options and is small and compact.
The LPOIP NVG counterweight is just what I needed for my rig. It's well-built and sturdy, which gives me peace of mind while filming. The adjustable design allows for a perfect fit, and it hasn’t slipped or moved during my shoots. Definitely satisfied with this purchase!

Not the Best Fit for My Setup
Unfortunately, the LPOIP NVG counterweight didn’t work well with my equipment. The sizing was a bit off, and I struggled to get it to balance properly. I was excited about the build quality, but in the end, it didn’t meet my needs. Had to return it.

Good but a Bit Heavy
I like the LPOIP NVG counterweight for its solid construction, but it is heavier than I anticipated. I guess that’s part of the deal, but it makes my setup a little more cumbersome. Still, it does the job effectively when stabilizing my camera.
