The Kuraykyn 8299 inner primary cover provides a smooth, customized look for your motorcycle. Durable made from quality chrome-plated aluminum. Easy installation in minutes. Includes (1) chrome, inner primary cover and (1) hardware kit; suggested for installation (not included): set of hex wrenches, socket set and ratcher, ft/lbs and in/lbs torque wrench, and a blade screwdriver. The Kuryakyn 8299 inner primary cover is compatible with Harley-Davidson models: 89-99 Softail (excludes 97-99 FLSTS).
I was disappointed that the cover didn’t match the color of my bike as well as I hoped. The chrome looks nice, but it feels a bit cheaper than I expected for the price. It fits alright, but I wish it was a better match for my 1994 Softail's overall look.

Sleek design but not easy to install
