The blower motor works fine in my Entourage, but the shipping took longer than I expected. It eventually arrived intact, but I was a bit frustrated with the wait. Overall, decent product but they need to improve shipping times.

Not as good as I hoped
Ordered this for my Azera, but it started making noise just a month after installation. It was easy to replace, but I expected better durability given the price. Might need to look for something else next time.

Good performance, but installation was tricky
I replaced the blower motor in my Kia Optima with this assembly. It works well, but the installation instructions were a bit unclear. Took me a while to figure it out, but once installed, it's been functioning great!
