I had high hopes for this HJC helmet, but it arrived with a scratch on the surface. It’s DOT approved and fits well, but I was really let down by the condition. I’m considering returning it.

Stylish, but a bit loud on the road
The HJC I31 is a sharp-looking helmet! I love the titanium color. However, I found it to be louder than I expected while riding. If you don’t mind a bit of wind noise, it’s a decent helmet for cruising around town.

Nice but needs better padding
This HJC open face helmet looks slick in semi-flat titanium, but I feel like the padding could be thicker. It’s DOT approved which is great, but after a long ride, it gets a bit uncomfortable. Still a solid option!
