I installed this Gates upper radiator coolant hose on my 1992 Ford F-150 with the 5.0L V8, and it fits like a glove! The rubber feels durable and it was easy to install. I appreciate the compatibility with older models; it’s hard to find parts that work well. Definitely a solid option if you're in a pinch!

Decent product, but slow shipping
I received the Gates radiator hose for my 1988 F-150 V8 just a bit later than expected. The hose is good quality and fits well, but waiting an extra few days was a little annoying. Still, it does the job nicely and I’m happy with the installation.

Arrived damaged, not impressed
I was disappointed when my Gates upper coolant hose arrived with visible damage. It looked like it had been nicked during shipping. I couldn't use it, so I had to return it. Not the experience I wanted while trying to fix my 1990 Ford F-150. I’ll have to look for another option.
