I ordered the Dorman thermostat housing for my 2012 Ford Edge, but when it arrived, the packaging was dented and I had a hard time fitting it correctly. It works now, but I struggled with the install more than I anticipated. Would prefer better packaging next time.

Arrived damaged and unusable
Unfortunately, the Dorman thermostat housing I received was cracked and unusable. I tried to install it anyway, but it leaked coolant immediately. I'm really disappointed, as I was looking forward to getting my Ford up and running again. Would not recommend this seller.

Works well but delivery was slow
The thermostat housing from Dorman seems to be doing its job just fine. I installed it on my 2010 Ford Fusion, and the coolant temp has been just right. However, it took longer to arrive than I expected, which was a bit frustrating.
