I installed this Detroit Axle brake kit on my 2009 Subaru Impreza 2.5i, and it works great! The ceramic brake pads provide excellent stopping power, and the 10.91-inch rotors fit perfectly. Installation was straightforward too, which is always a plus for DIYers like me.

Average product, could be better
While the Detroit Axle brake kit worked well after installation, I felt the rotors could have been a bit thicker for more durability. They make noise sometimes, which I didn’t love. It’s not bad, but I was hoping for a higher quality based on the price.

Decent kit but one rotor was damaged
I was excited to install this brake kit on my 2010 Subaru Impreza, but one of the rotors arrived with a dent. Thankfully, customer service was helpful and sent a replacement quickly. The performance is good once installed, but that hiccup was annoying.

These brakes really improved my car’s performance. The 10.91-inch rotors and ceramic pads from Detroit Axle handle well in all conditions. I feel way more confident driving now. Just wish the installation instructions were a bit clearer, though.
