For the most permanent results heat water to 150 degrees and then mix with the dye concentrate. Apply immediately so the dye mixture is as hot as possible to achieve the most permanent results. Left over dye can be reheated to the recommended 150 degrees for any future applications. This product is formulated for Automotive use only, if used for anything other than automotive carpets we cannot guarantee satisfactory results. Our liquid auto carpet dye is perfect to use on faded carpets that need some good rejuvenation. We stock 19 popular colors of liquid carpet dyes that are sure to match just about all car interiors. If your auto carpets have lost their pop and rejuvenate faded carpet then our liquid carpet dyes are a good choice. I found the Detail King carpet dye pretty easy to use, but I accidentally spilled some while applying. The cleanup was not fun! Just be careful and maybe wear gloves. It did cover the stains well and looks good overall.
