The carburetor solenoid kit for my Cub Cadet was exactly what I needed, and it installed without fuss on my XT1 LT42. However, the packaging arrived a bit damaged, and I was worried about the components inside. Luckily, everything was fine and it works well, but better packaging would have been nice.

Great fit for my Cub Cadet!
I installed the Cub Cadet KH-22 carburetor solenoid kit on my XT1 LT42 with the KS540 engine and it worked perfectly right out of the box. The instructions were pretty clear, and it took me about 30 minutes to complete the installation. My mower starts up so much smoother now, very happy with the purchase!

Solenoid failed after a few weeks
I was excited to use the Cub Cadet KH-22 solenoid kit on my mower, but it stopped working after just a few weeks. It was easy to install, but I expected better durability given the price. Not sure if I just got a faulty one, but I'm disappointed.
