I bought this Caltric starter for my Johnson 90HP outboard motor, and installation was a breeze. It's been running smoothly since I installed it, and the price was much better than what I found locally. Definitely a solid choice for anyone needing a reliable marine starter!

Works, but shipping took a bit long
The starter itself works fine with my 2000 Johnson 90el. It cranks the engine without any issues, which is great. My only complaint is that it took longer to arrive than expected, and the tracking updates weren’t very informative. But the product is solid!

Stopped working after a few uses
I was excited to use this Caltric starter for my 95 Johnson 90ex, but unfortunately, it stopped working after just a couple of outings. Installation was fine, but I expected it to last longer. I'm disappointed and hoping to find a better replacement.
