Decent jacks but a bit tricky to set up
These house jacks do a good job for leveling, but the instructions were a little unclear. I had to fiddle around a bit to figure out the best way to use them. Once set up, they did what I needed them to do, so I can't complain too much.

The jacks function fine for leveling, but I had to wait longer than expected for delivery. It made my project take longer than planned. They’re decent jacks, but I wish the shipping had been quicker.

Great value for the price
I purchased the 4-pack of BISupply jacks for my basement, and they are surprisingly sturdy! The adjustable height is a real plus, and they don't feel flimsy at all. Really helped with lifting my support beams. Would buy again if I need more!

Not what I expected, arrived damaged
Unfortunately, one of the jacks arrived slightly bent, which affected its performance. They seem like good quality overall, but I was disappointed with the initial shipment. I contacted support and they were helpful, but still a hassle.
