Hard tempered spring steel blades are designed for use with the ALL10260, ALL10270 and ALL10590 Heated Tire Groovers. Blades are honed to a razor like finish and have a tapered shape making the blade wider near the top where strength is needed and thinner at the bottom, greatly reducing drag as the blade cuts through the rubber. Blades are sold in packages of 12. Note: Do not use these blades in ALL-IN-ONE style groovers!
Using the Allstar tire groover has been a pretty good experience so far. The flat blades are effective, and I appreciate the heavy-duty build. My only gripe is that it could come with better instructions for beginners, but it works great once you get the hang of it.

A bit tricky to use
The Allstar groover is decent, but I had some trouble getting it set up correctly. The blades are sharp and work well once you’re in the groove—pun intended! Just wish the setup had clearer guidance as I felt a bit lost at first.

Arrived damaged, not happy
Unfortunately, my Allstar Performance tire groover arrived with a bent blade, which is super disappointing. I didn't get to try it out fully because of this. I'm hoping for a replacement soon, as I want to see how it performs when working right.
