I bought this flat idler pulley for my Hustler Raptor and it fit perfectly. Installation was straightforward, and it seems really well-made. So far, it's working great, and my mower runs like new again!

Good quality, but shipping took a while
The pulley itself is solid and compatible with my Big Dog Alpha, but it took longer to arrive than expected. I needed it right away, so that was a bit frustrating. Still, it works as intended and I’m happy with the purchase.

Works well but confusing instructions
The pulley seems to be good quality and it fits my Hustler Raptor fine. However, the instructions that came with it were confusing, which made the install a bit tricky. Once I figured it out though, it’s been running well!
