Good replacement, but shipping took too long
I received the mirror for my 2013 Ford Explorer about a week later than expected. It fits perfectly and works well with the heating and signal features, but the long delivery was a bit annoying. Still, I’m satisfied with the product.

Not as expected, color mismatch
When I received the mirror, I noticed it looked a bit different in color compared to my car. It fits my 2016 Ford Explorer and functions well, but I was hoping it would match better. Disappointed but it's usable.

Decent mirror, but missing instructions
The mirror works fine for my 2018 Explorer, but I wish there were better instructions included. Once I figured it out, the heated function and turn signal worked great. Overall, it’s a good replacement, just a bit frustrating at first.
