This heavy-duty tailgate/crash pad is a safe and easy way to transport your bikes, watercrafts, and other gear without damaging your tailgate. This tailgate pad features a soft inner lining to prevent scrapes and scratches to your tailgate; while a high-density foam with vinyl-coated nylon provide extra padding and protection for your vehicle. Features include a Velcro sealed panel for easy access to your tailgate handle and web cinch straps you can tie down for extra security. Available in 54 wide and 63 wide; this cover will fit most mid-size and full-size trucks.
I bought this Budge crash pad to prevent damage to my truck during transport. While it fits well and is sturdy, I noticed that the color started to fade after just a few weeks in the sun. It still works but just looks a bit worn out now.

Disappointed with the Fit

Sturdy but Installation was a Hassle
